Legal aid funding is now available to clients of Mackenzie Mitchell Solicitors who could not previously afford to pay for their defence.
Mackenzie Mitchell Solicitors have been allocated a place on the Preferred Supplier Panel administered by Legal Aid Queensland.
Inclusion on the select panel recognises that the firm has in place the quality control standards required to conduct publicly funded work.
Founding principal Ken Mackenzie said, "Our commitment to access to justice for all is strengthened by the availability of legal aid for those clients who can not afford to pay a lawyer. We will continue to provide the same premium level of service and thorough preparation to all our clients regardless of how their case is funded."
